We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support either our Rocklea or Redbank operations, on a full time basis. This is an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and action incoming queries via email from clients and vendors in a timely manner
- Complete weekly pre-invoice checks to ensure revenue capital and final invoice accuracy
- Assist in the creation and documentation of process maps and policy and procedure guides
- Understand customer Invoicing requirements and assist with consistent delivery of these requirements
- Identify areas for improvement within the Contracts team and wider business and assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with other ad hoc contract and administrative requirements as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Ability to work autonomously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of programs
