We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / IT Technician to join our team. If you are happy and reliable with great customer service skills, then this position could be for you!
In the role you will:- Contribute to the management of our ticketing system
- Answer incoming support calls
- Assist walk in customers
- Work out problems and provide solutions both remotely and onsite.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft operating systems
- Remotely monitor devices and perform daily checks
- Assist with project design and implementation
- 2+ Years of relevant IT experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft operating systems
- A current drivers license and vehicle
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work alone unsupervised and within a team
- Effective time management and multitasking
- Strong communication and people skills
- Patient, courteous and friendly to all our customers and staff
This position is from 8:30 to 5:00 Monday to Friday
