About the role
Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Lead you will be responsible for supporting the design, build and deployment of complex network solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Lead you will be responsible for supporting the design, build and deployment of complex network solutions.
Responsibilities
- Complete and review all associated network documentation.
- Provide Network SME advice to the customer, and internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project definition, system architecture and process improvement.
- Create Knowledge Articles on key processes, network devices and systems that can be used across the service desk and wider community of IT support staff.
- Experience as a Network/Gateway engineer.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in networking technologies including:
o Routing
o Switching
o Next Gen Firewalls
o Voice Over IP
o Enterprise Wireless LAN infrastructure
o Network Segmentation
o Flow Control - Strong knowledge of Industry standard frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
