About CNRS
Community Neuro Rehab Service (CNRS) is a neurological-focused Allied Health Practice located on the Sunshine Coast. We provide services within the community; local parks, pools, and beaches, in-home consultations, and clinic-based gym sessions. We care for participants residing in the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions. Our participants range from ages 4 years to 104 years and beyond, to increase their capacity and quality of life. We see clients through their NDIS Package, Home Care Package, Medicare, DVA, and Private Health Insurance.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Driver's Licence and Reliable insured vehicle
- Working with children’s checks, police checks and first aid certificate
- Experience working with Neurological Conditions is preferable
- Experience in Musculoskeletal conditions is desirable
- Valid Australian Working Rights
Your Role
As the physiotherapist you will be required to
- Complete in-depth Neurological Assessments, Reports, and Treatment approaches for a varied caseload of clients.
- We treat clients with neurological conditions, intellectual disability and mental health conditions.
- We provide care for clients with various funding streams including NDIS, Private Health Insurance, Home Care Packages, Medicare and DVA funded.
- You will work flexibly in all environments that suit the client and family's needs and goals, such as the beach, park, gym or client's home.
- You will be confident completing hydrotherapy sessions in the local swimming pool.
- Goal setting is an integral part of our service as this helps guide our therapeutic practices.
- You will provide ongoing management of the client's overall health and condition so that the client can remain independent at home or in their environment.
- Effective communication is crucial with all support team members, and referring appropriately to the multidisciplinary team as indicated.
