- Deliver an advanced level of clinical skill in one or more areas of a complex nature with the ability to independently apply specialist and novel judgement to meet the needs of patients across the continuum of care.
- Provide high-level clinical support and advice to staff within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) with management and problem solving regarding clinically complex patients.
- Provide high-level clinical advice within area of expertise to clinicians, professional and operational teams, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding professional standards, service initiatives, service needs and clinical service development.
- Work collaboratively with the operational managers, discipline directors and multidisciplinary Allied Health teams to implement clinical governance requirements that align with the Allied Health Governance Framework and Business Rules.
