As a New Business Account Executive for our Recruitment OS Division, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success by acquiring and nurturing new client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to in bound leads and extensive self-generation to identify and prospect New Business opportunities. You will have the ability to communicate complex solutions to clients and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.Day-to-day, you will:
- Identify and pursue New Business opportunities from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of prospective clients.
- Have a sound knowledge of the full range of our Products & Services. To be able to discuss/demonstrate the value proposition for each offering.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of industry developments, attending conferences, and networking with industry leaders.
- Hit/exceed sales targets through strong prioritization, pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Previous experience in New Business B2B sales in a SaaS environment (recruitment or payroll an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex solutions to clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
