Our client is a well established, multi franchised dealership operation located in Rockhampton QLD. They are seeking to employ an experienced
Sales Consultant or Sales Executive to work with a major brand. The dealership offers security of tenure, an excellent income stream, a friendly working environment and a policy of promotion from within, making this a career opportunity and not just a job. Trading is Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings.
YOU'LL NEED For your application to be successful, candidates for this position will need to demonstrate:
THE OFFER- Previous experience in the Automotive retail industry is essential
- A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales KPI’s & goals
- Customer Relationship Management is a high priority for you
- Have a strong customer focus and ability to work hard to meet the needs and requirements of our guests
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable time management
- A process driven mindset & “I can help you with that” attitude
- Full and current Drivers Licence
- Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence would be highly desirable
- A strong desire to be a high achiever with an attitude driven to succeed
