Form of workWe are currently seeking an experienced New Sales Car Manager to lead and mentor our successful and busy teams at our Ford dealership in Essendon Fields.

About the role:
- Leading the New Car Sales team in sales performance whilst providing the highest level of customer experience
- Ensure communication internally and externally will help facilitate sustainable relationships and profitability
- Understanding customer's needs and demonstrating the capabilities and features of new vehicles
- The ability to mentor/train sales executive
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Sound knowledge of the sales process
- Autogate and Carsales Fluency
- Stock Management Proficiency
- Digital savvy skills
- A hands-on approach
- Current driver's license
