Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for the management of the New Vehicle Retail Sales Department as well as ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable. You will also be responsible for maintaining good employee and client relations whilst operating within ethical guidelines and in line with our company values.
We are looking for a high-energy process-driven manager to lead by example.
Duties will include:
- Motivating, leading and developing the sales team
- Establishing and managing sales systems that include effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing and vehicle delivery programs
- Ensuring industry-leading customer experience for all customers
- Ensuring that all sales objectives are achieved as well as full compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards
- Contributing to the profitability of the New Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of vehicles, finance & insurance and aftercare products

You will ideally possess:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in managerial roles
- Experience in automotive sales
- Willingness to maintain superior knowledge of applicable brands and products
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and performing in high-pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Have a valid/ be willing to obtain a Yard Manager’s License
- Manual Drivers License
