New Car Sales Manager

One of Melbourne's largest privately-owned Automotive Dealership Groups in Ballarat who represent one of the top 3 manufacturers are currently seeking a driven New Car Sales Manager within or outside of the Automotive industry who strive to be a part of an industry leading team.

This dealership is a high volume brand with a significant line up of new models coming in 2024 which see's 3 of those models being the leading seller in its respected categories. About this role:

• Reporting to the General Manager, you will have individual sales KPI's; however, you will also assist the sales team in identifying and closing deals with additional upselling
• You will review all daily activities maximising every opportunity/prospect with the team
• You will be the lifeline to the salesperson, performing one-on-one coaching to achieve monthly targets
• Ensure all leads and opportunities within the CRM are managed and followed up quickly and timely
• You will be the driver of "saving the deal", ensuring customers see or hear from you before they leave
• Assist in driving the overall company goals and growth strategy

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
• A “Can Do" attitude and passion for sales
• Competent computer skills
• Current driver's licence
• Previous experience in a similar role – Highly regarded but not essential
