This dealership is a high volume brand with a significant line up of new models coming in 2024 which see's 3 of those models being the leading seller in its respected categories. - Reporting to the General Manager, you will have individual sales KPI's; however, you will also assist the sales team in identifying and closing deals with additional upselling
- You will review all daily activities maximising every opportunity/prospect with the team
- You will be the lifeline to the salesperson, performing one-on-one coaching to achieve monthly targets
- Ensure all leads and opportunities within the CRM are managed and followed up quickly and timely
- You will be the driver of "saving the deal", ensuring customers see or hear from you before they leave
- Assist in driving the overall company goals and growth strategy
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well-developed ability to drive sales as an individual and as a leader
- This means you will be someone who gets in the trenches with the sales team, remove any roadblocks, and help drive results
- Well-developed interpersonal, consulting and negotiating skills, including the ability to liaise and provide advice to management
- The motivation to succeed and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
- A “Can Do" attitude and passion for sales
- Competent computer skills
- Current driver's licence
- Previous experience in a similar role – Highly regarded but not essential
