What's the role about? 
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work with an exciting, innovative luxury brand within a prestigious and professional dealership and enjoy being part of a friendly, customer-focused team.

• You will manage the customer’s EQ experience from purchase to delivery using your exceptional customer service skills and strong product knowledge.
• You will educate them on how to effectively use their new Mercedes-EQ and provide them with ongoing support through the life cycle of their vehicle.
• Actively following up on customer queries and anticipating their needs.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products.
• Drive sales, upsell and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain data history on our software system.
• Delivering vehicles.
• Providing post-delivery support.
• Demonstrating our values and supporting behaviours.

  
Who are we looking for?

• Your niche sells prestige luxury vehicles, and you know what it means to go above and beyond every time (EV sales will place you in high regard)
• Desire to exceed customer expectations, matching them with their dream car.
• Communication, both written and verbal, is vital with good PC skills
• Enthusiasm in abundance.

• Applicants must hold a valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
