About the role
We have exciting opportunity to provide newly graduated Registered Nurse with experience in the residential aged care industry within a supportive environment.
In your role as a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will provide quality front line care whilst advocating for our consumers.
This role are designed to give you a broad range of experiences as well as informal and formal professional development opportunities to develop your clinical and leadership skills to prepare you for a long and successful career in aged care. You will have the opportunity to experience working in one of our four facilities, and also be given the opportunity to work both day shift and afternoon shift over the course of the program.
You will need to demonstrate:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Interest in aged and dementia care
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in the aged care setting
- Completion of online scheduled workshops
