About you
We know the first weeks and months on the frontline as a fully qualified nurse can be an incredibly exciting but daunting experience. That’s why here at Lingard, we will be with you every step of the way. Our caring team of highly experienced clinical professionals will guide, support and teach you as you grow in knowledge and confidence as a Registered Nurse.
An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Lingard Private Hospital as a member of our New Graduate Program. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and compassionate graduate Registered and Enrolled nurses to commence in July 2024.
We can offer you the following:
- 12 month contract at 0.8 FTE
- 2 x 6 month rotations
- A structured rotation including medical and surgical, rehabilitation, ICU, CCU and operating theatres (scrub/scout).
- Inspirational leadership with preceptorship and dedicated NG coordinator

Selection criteria:
- Display high level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving abilities
- Demonstrate ability to work within a team
- Exhibit understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
- Demonstrate understanding of the role in applying continuous improvement to quality and safety
- Demonstrate application and understanding of Healthecare core values
