Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the home-buying process.
- Collaborate with the management to develop effective sales strategies.
- Work alongside another experienced Sales Consultant and work cohesively.
- Showcase and sell the unique features and benefits of our premium homes.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in New Home Sales
- Proven lengths of tenure in your current and previous roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ethical approach to sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Natural ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the residential building industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
