Sales Consultant - New Homes - Green Bank

An award-winning and highly established home building and development company, due to continued growth is looking to hire an experienced new home building Sales Consultant, working out of the Greenbank Display Homes.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Providing a first-class customer experience and service to prospective clients.
• Generating and nurturing new and existing leads.
• Building strong rapport with clients
• Demonstrating your industry knowledge and experience
• Qualifying the client's needs
• Negotiating and selling new home builds based on clients' budgets, design guidelines, and preferences. 
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• this role will evolve into a sales manager role over time 

Role Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Sales Consultant with a volume home building company with a minimum of 2-year experience.
• You’re an enthusiastic, self-starter who is driven to succeed and build very strong rapport with your clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with a view to building relationships with your colleagues and clients.
• A proven sales track record within the volume home building industry
• Strong work ethic
• Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. 
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
