Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Providing a first-class customer experience and service to prospective clients.
- Generating and nurturing new and existing leads.
- Building strong rapport with clients
- Demonstrating your industry knowledge and experience
- Qualifying the client's needs
- Negotiating and selling new home builds based on clients' budgets, design guidelines, and preferences.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- this role will evolve into a sales manager role over time
- Prior experience working as a Sales Consultant with a volume home building company with a minimum of 2-year experience.
- You’re an enthusiastic, self-starter who is driven to succeed and build very strong rapport with your clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a view to building relationships with your colleagues and clients.
- A proven sales track record within the volume home building industry
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
