Job Description: As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients interested in purchasing a custom home. You will guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final closing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your expertise and ability to collaborate with architects and interior designers will be crucial in helping clients realize their vision of a dream home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present and discuss home designs, construction features, and customization options.
- Work closely with architects and interior designers to develop and refine home plans that meet client specifications.
- Provide detailed information on building processes and timelines.
- Conduct tours of 3D or 2D model homes and construction sites to showcase our work.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and financial information.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in New Home Sales or a related field.
- Understanding building design, construction processes, and architectural principles is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, interior designers, and construction teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
