We are looking for THE BEST sales professionals to join our growing New Homes sales team.
About the opportunity:
The Sales Consultant is part of the Weeks Homes sales team and reports to the Sales Manager. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will:
- Take responsibility for engaging with prospective customers at our display homes.
- Qualify customers and progress them through a defined path specific to their budget, design & lifestyle requirements. You will need to evaluate and connect with the client in a short period of time and demonstrate you understand their needs.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers and engage the client by providing value.
- Manage your time effectively.
- Be a genuine sales star – it doesn’t matter what industry you are currently in, we’ll teach you what you need to know to succeed in this one.
About you
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Weeks Homes and NEX Group. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- An outgoing personality with the ability to be highly engaging – people want to talk to you.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, can you think outside the square to achieve an outcome?

- Demonstrated ability to close a sale.

- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
