About you and the role:
Due to the exponential growth of our client's business, they are looking for an exceptional sales customer service-driven individual
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated sales background in New Homes Residential construction, alongside a sincere, nurturing, and compassionate approach to their work and clients. You will have the ability to genuinely influence the business's sales direction and success through your personal efforts whilst being generously rewarded.
- 3+ years of solid understanding of the residential construction industry
- Highly motivated Sales Professional with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Full understanding of the sales process with the ability to generate leads and turn these into sales
- The ability to build rapport and generate trust with your clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for providing genuine, outstanding and professional customer service
