The Role
Welcome to a different kind of sales role, working for Australia's finest home builder for 40 years, Webb & Brown-Neaves.
We are looking for passionate, authentic and motivated professionals to transform our customers new home dreams into reality. We believe in enabling and supporting our New Homes Sales Consultants to do what they do best, that's seek out opportunities, engage and build great customer relations, qualify opportunities, and facilitate the journey of building a new home. The exceptional team at Webb & Brown-Neaves is designed and set up to support in everything else!
Your Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture a sales pipeline, from enquiry through to repeat business
- Create and deliver effective sales techniques to attract, negotiate and deliver sales
- Provide exceptional customer service that goes over and above what is expected to deliver sales, repeat business and which continues to make Webb & Brown-Neaves the builder of choice
- Deliver accurate sales, design, building documentation, and adhering to company processes and best practices
- Proven sales success in the residential building industry
- A clear understanding of your own sales process and unique value that you bring
- Design, Interior Design or Drafting experience are preferred but not mandatory
- Alternatively, a track record of success in similar complex sales industries such as IT, Medical, Engineering and the like will be considered
