Winners of the Master Builders, ‘Display Home of the year’, we are seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our clients while elevating your own sales career, based at our head office and upcoming display home.
THE ROLE
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process.
You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional construction projects, and assisting clients in finding the perfect home tailored to their requirements and desires.
Your daily tasks would involve, but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with the most suitable products.
- Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations, both on-site and in the office, to showcase our benefits and uniqueness.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to pre construction, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for each customer.
To be successful for this role you'll need:
- Experience in new home sales is essential
- Proven track record of converting leads into sales
- Self-motivated & willing to do what it takes to earn a high income
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
