We are currently seeking highly motivated and fashion-minded Retail Leaders and Team Members who are interested in joining the Brand Collective business in our NEWEST store!
As part of the team launching Superdry at Harbourtown, you will join the epitome of global street culture: combining Japanese graphics, vintage Americana and the finest British tailoring to produce clothing of flawless quality and timeless style. Superdry has been a wardrobe staple worldwide since 2003.
As a member of the Store Leadership team, your duties include:
- Building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards
- Inspiring and mentoring a diverse team to reach set KPIs and sales targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying any areas of improvement
- VM, rostering, and recruitment activities as required.
What we are looking for:
- Previous apparel/fashion or footwear Store Management experience (including training, coaching and mentoring team members)
- Passion to create a memorable service experience for our customers
- Proven record of driving and exceeding KPI's, effectively managing rosters and wage control
- Availability: Tuesday-Saturday (full-time).
As a Retail Team Member, your duties include:
- Working as part of team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer
- Actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores' sales and KPI targets
- Support with VM and stock room organisation as required.
What we are looking for:
- Previous customer service experience and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
- Someone who is upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Availability: across our trading hours, including late nights and weekends (casual/part-time).
