About the Role:
New Technology Customer Relationship Manager | 8 Month Fixed Term Contract | Melbourne Based
The Emerging Business Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be part of a small, high-performing team supporting a range of new and innovative residential products and services for Emerging Business. This includes managing warranty claims for previously installed AGL products.
What you'll be doing:
Manage all customer inquiries across the portfolio, handling incoming calls and emails while aligning with established practices.
Accurately log cases with clear notes, updates, and actions.
Resolve customer queries within agreed service level agreements.
Collaborate with other teams in Emerging Business, Wholesale Markets, and Customer Markets to resolve issues.
Minimize customer effort and boost customer advocacy.
Continuously review and enhance business processes.
About you:
Demonstrated experience within in a service role with evidence of solving complex customer enquiries.
Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to effectively influence and negotiate.
A good understanding of solar, batteries, smart meters, smart home products, residential energy usage and how customers can become more energy efficient.
Sound computer literacy and competence in SAP CRM System
