Job description:

To ensure this happens every time, we have an opportunity for a Team Leader to lead our New Vehicle Preparation Team and ensure that our customer's vehicles hit the road looking their best!
About You
You are an experienced Team Leader with a passion for transportation, experienced in leading a team to ensure New Vehicle Preparation processes are delivered to the highest standard in a timely manner.
With strong technical knowledge of the truck and/or transport industry you understand how to build an effective Vehicle Preparation process and deliver results through your team.
With a leadership style that is both confident and reassuring you are able to work with key stakeholder to help them through difficult situations where they require expert assistance. With a strong ability to effectively empower and delegate to others to ensure that support is provided in a timely manner.
You thrive in a fast paced environment and can effectively manage peaks and troughs in demand, by building strong relationships with the sales and delivery teams in order to create a work schedule that provides confidence and predictability to your team and customers.
