We are searching for the next Sales Coordinator / Online Remarketing Vehicle Expert who will maximize vehicle values by placing them in relevant locations and prepare and allocate stock to appropriate online sales channels.
You will:
- Co-ordinate stock volumes, select & allocate and lot vehicles.
- Ensure remarketing requirements and standard operating procedures are met.
- Conduct pre-Auction checks. (e.g. PPSR)
- Ensure unsold vehicles are identified and referrals are completed.
- Produce reports including stock reports, post sales reports, vehicle encumbrance, WOVR, KPI’s and vehicles released and not allocated.
- Liaise with internal sites, partner yards and insurance companies to update and complete information for auction allocation where vehicle detail is not complete.
- Support the transport team on issues resolution ensuring all details in your care are advised and recorded.
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships internally.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and support external clients, such as, Sellers, Buyers, Insurers, and assessors.

- Experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation or significant equivalent experience in a related industry.
- Exposure to working in the automotive industry.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to study, analyse and interpret complex activities and/or information to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Current driver’s license.
