We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for Used VehicleSales Consultant to join our Vehicle Sales teams.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible assisting guests with personalized service in finding the right Toyota vehicle that suits their needs. This includes but is not limited to:
- Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on their needs and requirements, through outstanding customer service & communication skills
- Creating sales opportunities from customer enquiries acquired face-to-face, over the phone and online
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the Toyota vehicle range
- Liaising with administrative support & stock control team members throughout the sale process
The successful applicant will:
- Have previous sales experience in automotive retail and/or sales experience is essential (i.e. Real Estate, Marketing, etc.)
- Motivation to achieve results through the ability to achieve targets and KPI's
- Ability to show initiative with the desire to take on new challenges
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Have a valid driver's license and clear Police Record
