Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Isuzu Ute vehicles that meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our Isuzu Ute range.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options that align with customer budgets and preferences.
- Collaborate with our finance and insurance team to ensure smooth sales transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- A genuine interest and passion for automobiles
- A valid driver's license is required
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
