You will lead a commercially focused New Vehicles Sales team to promote the brand image of the company in order to increase sales and enhance the customer experience within the dealership. Key responsabilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to support the achievement of business plans, targets, budgets and KPI’s.
Manage New Vehicles sales processes and activities. Maintain appropriate stock levels of demonstrator and service loan vehicles. Actively support the marketing team with new model launches and events.
Devise and implement daily and weekly team roster. Lead, motivate and develop the sales team. Lead by example, coach and provide constructive feedback to team members.
