The dealership is in the fast-growing regional city of Geelong, and we are currently seeking a New Vehicle Sales Executive to report directly to the Retail Sales Manager and join our Award-Winning sales team. You will join our fantastic team of sales professionals, who are constantly motivated to be the best in their field.
The role:
- Generating new car enquiry and appointments, following up on leads
- Overcoming customer objections, building relationships with clients
- Completing and achieving monthly targets for sales, deliveries, customer satisfaction and Gross Profit
- Providing a genuine customer luxury experience
Above all the candidate must be a team player and ideally have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or in a retail environment.

- A passion for customer service and the BMW & MINI brands
- Superior people and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High energy and a customer first approach
- A willingness to learn & develop your personal & professional skills.
