About the role: You will have a high level of trust and responsibility to the dealership, but more importantly, to our most valued clients. Actively following up on customer queries and anticipating their needs. Understanding and identifying customer interests, needs and buying criteria. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products. Drive sales, upsell and meet monthly targets. Maintain data history on our software system. Delivering vehicles. Providing post-delivery support. Demonstrating our values and supporting behaviours.
