About the Role
FAB Industrial Logistics is growing and will be opening a New Warehouse in Brooklyn, Victoria. We are seeking new staff in a range of positions including:
- Warehouse Supervisor (Full Time)
- Warehouse Leading Hand/Team Leader (Full Time)
- Account Coordinator (Full Time)
- Forklift Operator (Casual)
- Storeperson/Container Crew (Casual)
Position Duties
Warehouse Supervisor (Full Time)
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring accurate receiving, storing, dispatching and high quality of goods.
- Actively participating in the development and improvement of current processes within the warehouse.
- Leading, training, mentoring and developing the skills of staff members through high engagement, support and communication.
- Coordinating cycle counts and stock takes.
- Ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to OH&S policies and ensuring all team members are following workplace policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the same or similar role, as well as the following:
- A valid Forklift licence and high reach forklift experience (preferred but not necessary).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to enable you to effectively lead your team.
- Previous perishable goods experience.
- A hands-on approach.
- A Track record in people management.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Strong understanding of practical processes within stock control and logistics.
Warehouse Leading Hand/Team Leader (Full Time)
Your duties will include:
- Leading and managing a team whilst ensuring all prioritised tasks are communicated and achieved daily.
- Providing direction and support to coworkers, including identifying any team development opportunities.
- Supporting and driving inventory control and accuracy across all operations including documenting inbound, outbound and pick pack movements.
- Assisting with cycle counts and stock takes.
- Working with warehouse management to improve current warehouse processes.
- Ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to OH&S policies and ensuring all team members are following workplace policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the same or similar role, as well as the following:
- A valid forklift licence and high reach forklift experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to enable you to effectively lead your team.

- A hands-on approach.
- A track record in people management.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Strong understanding of practical processes within stock control and logistics.
Account Coordinator (Full Time)
Your duties will include:
- Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a prompt and professional manner
- Managing our WMS (CartonCloud)
- Undertaking stock takes and cycle counts
- Undertaking daily reconciliations between outturn and SOH reports
- Creating and updating purchase and sales orders
- Communicating and working closely with the operational team to fulfill orders.
- Accurately entering data and coordinating inventory movements.
- Ensuring a safe work environment and adhering to OH&S policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the same or similar role, as well as the following:
- Previous experience in data entry.
- Previous experience in the logistics industry.
- Strong computer literacy.
Forklift Operator (Casual)
Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles.
- Inspecting, organising and storing incoming goods.
- Transporting pallets in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assisting with container unpacking when required.
- Assisting with stock takes and cycle counts.
- Operating and managing technical equipment.
- Ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to OH&S policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the same or similar role, as well as the following:
- A valid forklift licence and high reach forklift experience.
- Previous perishable goods experience.
- Strong understanding of practical processes within stock control and logistics.
- Good communication skills.
Storeperson/Container Crew (Casual)
Your duties will include:
- Manually unloading products from shipping containers onto pallets.
- Using shrink wrap to manually wrap palletised goods
- Pick Pack operations
- Assisting with cycle counts and stock takes
- Ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to OH&S policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the same or similar role, as well as the following:
- Ability to repetitively lift loads.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations.
- Good communication skills.
