About The Role
WorkPac Recruitment are currently seeking a local Administrator to work weekdays. You will be required to conduct a variety of clerical duties within the site office. The ideal applicant should be seeking a strong team environment with opportunities in upskilling. This role primarily focuses on general administration such as payroll/data entry & validation to support payroll activities, customer invoicing, data entry, document management, accounts related duties etc. as well as answering phones and record keeping.
What You Will Need
- Administration Experience with Documentation Management, Data Entry, Archiving etc.
- Experience with Payroll Activities Preferred
- Experience with Purchasing Activities Preferred
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications, Excel Experience Preferred
- Experience with Google/G Suite Preferred
