We are seeking a full-time Service Administrator to join our busy Service Department in our Wangara Office. Our department serves as a central hub for handling any post solar installation issues or queries from our customers. You will assist with incoming support requests via phone and email, handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and booking jobs via Simpro
- Attending to customer queries and complaints
- Reviewing customer power bills and production to clarify savings
- Troubleshooting system issues remotely and assisting customers with remote resolutions
- Liaising with manufacturers for warranty cases
- Coordinating work orders with external contractors and suppliers
- Quoting and Invoicing customers and manufacturers
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in administration*
- Experience in problem solving and managing difficult customer interactions
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Adaptable and capable of multitasking efficiently
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including the management of company trackers using formulas and data validation
