Are you our next Early Learning Administrator & Educator?
We are currently recruiting a full time Early Learning Administrator & Educator to support the daily functions of our beautiful centre in Ngunnawal. This is a hybrid role where you will be working 3 days as an Administrator and 2 days as an Educator. You will be required to:
- Manage all centre enquiries, waitlists and accounts
- Process enrolments
- Maintain files and records with both digital and hardcopy filling and archiving
- Conduct tours for prospective families
- Liaise with all employees, families and prospective families
- Be the face and voice of Edge Ngunnawal by staffing the front desk and centre phone line
- Assist with the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally and culturally appropriate program for children aged from 0 to 6 years
- Assist in documenting observations of individual and/or groups of children for educational program purposes
- Actively supervise and interact with children at all times whilst you are on duty at the Centre
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in Early Learning administration and education
- Strong knowledge of CRM and Kidsoft
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in early childhood education
- Working with Vulnerable People card
- Phenomenal customer service skills
- Full Australian working rights
- The ability to work close shifts (finishing between 5-6pm)
