What will you do
- Attend to all guest requests and queries promptly with care including check in and check out
- Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift
- Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Assist the Night Manager in ensuring security including fire prevention & protection, health, safety & staff checks, detection of breaches of security and the laws by which the company is governed is maintained
- Ensure all relevant reports as required by Management are completed accurately.
What you need to be successful
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
- An energetic, team focused and can do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of computer literacy – Opera experience preferred
- Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster from 11pm – 7am is essential
