AddressGateway Hotel by Nightcap Plus is looking for a Night Auditor to join our team.
The main objective of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the hotel on a nightly basis. Your main responsibilities would be: providing assistance to the reception team, and friendly and personalised service to all our guests. You will ensure the safety of the hotel, guests and staff at all times.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Ensuring only registered guests access the building after hours
Follow up on any noise complaints or issues
Checking guests in and out of the hotel
Food and beverage / function set up
Assisting the gaming department where required
General cleaning duties
You will have the following attributes:

We are looking for an honest and reliable person to take on the night duties of our hotel. Hours of work will be 11pm – 7am on a casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close knit team dedicated to maintaining high standards.
