In this role as Night Auditor and Porter you will be required to complete the night audit process and coordinate the security of the hotel as well as, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls, and taking reservations.
Key Requirements
- Previous security and reception work an advantage
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Training in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) an advantage
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- High presentation standards
- Good time management
