As Night Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel during the night hours. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming late-night arrivals with warmth and professionalism.
• Assisting guests with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Conducting precise and thorough financial audits to maintain accuracy in accounting records. Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all hotel outlets.
• Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist the Night Manager in ensuring security including fire prevention & protection, health, safety & staff checks, detection of breaches of security and the laws by which the company is governed is maintained.
• Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs efficiently.

What you need to be successful

• Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
• Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
• An energetic, team focused and can do attitude
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of computer literacy – Opera experience preferred
• Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster from 11pm – 7am is essential
