We are currently in search of dedicated and skilled Night Carer to become part of our team. We are specifically seeking individual who are available to work during the following shifts:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Previous experience in aged care is essential;
- Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support/ Health Service Assistance is essential;
- An understanding of dementia and mental health;
- Excellent time management skills;
- An outgoing and friendly personality;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations;
- The skills to be adaptable to suit the needs of the residents;
- A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia are essential for this role.
