THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Night Manager will oversee all overnight operations ensuring residents receive exceptional customer service experience. This role is responsible for performing various administrative and support services and fostering a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for all students. Based in the accommodation office the role will manage first impressions and will also perform perimeter checks, manage in-house quiet hours, attend to emergencies and lockouts, and/or any other matters that may arise during the night. The Night Manager will ensure smooth running of all other property operations in the absence of Senior Management.

The successful applicant must be available to work a rotating roster between Monday to Sunday, 5:45pm to 8:15am. Shifts are no longer than 7.5hours per shift.
During your shift, you will oversee all overnight operations ensuring residents receive a consistent exceptional experience.
As a Night Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Act as a “Mentor” to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
- Assist the Management team with grievances and conflict resolution as required.
- Respond to residents calls about noise or disturbances within the building.
- Responding to residents locked out of the building and/or apartments.
- Represent an after-hours management taking full responsibility of the building operations.
- Manage, record, and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
- Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
