Are you an experienced Site Manager located in Brisbane and looking for a consistent long term role?
The role will be a nightshift 12 month contract based in a large project in central Brisbane, building an amenetie block, this projects commences nearer the end of July.
Responsibilities:
- You will be managing the nightime activities of the site.
- Responsible for a number of other trades performing to a high standard and achieving targets within predicted timeframes.
- Liaising directly with the day Shift Site Manager about overall progress of job.
- Maintain OH&S procedures and ensure competency in risk management processes.
- Work schedule will be 5/6 days per week, 7pm start with an 8-10 hour shift.
About you:
- Proven experience in a site management role, with clear track record of projects.
- Lead from the front attidude and drive to see project achieve scheduling targets.
- Previous experience with nightshift roles and preference to this schedule - This is a long contract so it is important the ideal candidate is aware of the commitment and is keen to see out the project to completion.
- Outgoing attitude
- QBCC, white card and First Aid qualifications essential
