Due to upcoming projects, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage an office fit-out on a contract basis.The project is expected to take around 2 Months to complete. The ProjectDriving and managing a team of subcontractors on a $1.5m office fit-out. Responsibilities Ensure Occupational Health and Safety is adhered to.Liaising with internal staff, (Project Manager, PC and Construction Manager).Keep to the expected quality standard within the agreed time frames.Managing the site coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. SkillsHistory of delivering projects start to finish in the commercial space.A Carpentry background is a must!2-5 years in a Site Management position preferred.Proficiency in the use of Procore is highly desirable.Excellent attention to detail, diligence…
