- Maintain high standards of care including:
- Collecting information about participants through interviews, observation, and tests with support and guidance.
- Acting as a participant advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a safe and positive environment in the Hope In Health house.
- Provide handover relating to participants observable behaviours to the relevant team member.
- Driving participants to 12-step meetings or other appointments.
- Assisting participants use of medications,
- Ensure all required records and reports are accurately prepared and maintained in a timely manner;
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to participants' treatment;
- Creating a harmonious work environment within the Hope In Health;
- Acting as the liaison between participants and the Operations Lead to ensure participants’ needs are met;
- Compliance with all aspects of work, health and safety legislation and operational procedures including the maintenance of accurate records of all WHS matters and rectifying any issues identified as soon as reasonably practicable;
- Fully comply with all Hope In Health policies and procedures;
- Perform other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
NOTE: Preferred qualification - Mental Health Cert 4
