About Ninja Parc
Ninja Parc is an indoor play centre with a difference! Focused on making physical activity fun and accessible for all ages.
The Role
The role of the Ninja Master is to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes.
- Tiny Ninjas: Walking - 2 years
- Mini Ninjas: 3 - 6 years
- Little Ninjas: 7 - 10 years
- Youth Ninjas: 10 - 14 years
Key requirements of the position:
- Deliver high quality classes for kids, teens and adults
- Deliver regular Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger development
- Uphold the quality of all Ninja Parc product and programs
- Achieve Ninja Parc Academy growth targets
- Organise and deliver Ninja competitions
- Help to connect Ninja Parc with the local community
- Follow Ninja Parc systems and process
- Inspire and lead a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers
- Ability to deliver high quality classes and coaching
- Ability to work with kids, teens and adults
- Strong leadership qualities
- A proactive attitude
- Coaching qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Drivers Licence
- Experience/certification in gymnastics
- Experience/certification in obstacle/ninja
- Experience/certification in parkour
- Experience/certification in calisthenics
- Experience working with children
- Experience in customer service
