As an OSHC Coordinator, you are an integral part of our Children’s Services team. You are a leader who can mentor your team, you take pride in your service ensuring that it maintains a high quality in procedures and practices, you are passionate about building relationships and ensuring safety and wellbeing for children, families and your Y team.

This role requires:

• A genuine love and passion for working with children and families.

• Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law and Regulations
• Knowledge of My Time Our Place Framework, National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
• Facilitate a diverse learning experience in an inclusive environment for all children, families and Y people.
• Provide excellence in daily leadership and management.
• Implement best practice to ensure health, safety and wellbeing in the work environment.
• Maintain a child safe culture and implement our high standard of Safeguarding practices.

What you Need:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children over preschool age.
• 2 years of studying (Degree or Diploma), preferably Education however can be any University Degree and select Diplomas (Australian issued or conversion).
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place
• Current WWVP Check (ACT) and WWCC (NSW) (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with Additional Needs children (Desirable)
• Drivers’ License
