About the Role
We are currently looking to recruit an Estate Coordinator in the Central Tablelands area of NSW to manage the estate and the establishment of plantations as part of our expansion program.
This new role is based in Oberon and includes:
- Planning and supervision of all establishment operations.
- Coordinating all silvicultural management activities across the estate.
- Carbon Project and Establishment Grant management.
- Fire control and annual preparation activities.
- Using GIS to create maps.
- Assisting with the estate expansion program.
- Health and Safety Compliance and Auditing.
You will ideally have the following attributes:
- Hands on approach to getting the job done.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Tertiary qualification in forestry or agriculture (an advantage).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Enthusiasm and Energy.
- Valid driver’s license.
