To ensure you are set up for success in this role, you will have had experience within either the hire equipment industry or the dewatering/ pumping space.
Some leadership background would also be beneficial, to streamline processes, deliver operational excellence, and get the team working in unison.
Responsibilities in a nutshell:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the branch
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and mentor a small team
- Coordinate projects and make sure it all runs smoothly
Salary for the role goes up to $130,000 + Super + Car, negotiable for the right person.
