This role would suit a motivated individual who has a natural aptitude for leadership and loves to see their team thrive and excel. The role encompasses managing a growing team of sales consultants and development projects situated around NSW, primarily between Sydney and Coffs Harbour so your role will require you to visit multiple sites throughout the week.
The NSW State Sales Manager will work closely with National Sales Director, Development & Marketing to drive sales revenue within NSW through innovative strategies. You will be a strong leader with a proven track record in getting the best from your team through coaching and mentoring.
The Role
- Work closely with National Sales Director to create and executive Strategic sales plans
- Coaching and mentor sales team ensuring they are meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to development marketing strategies and project marketing plans
- Ensure satisfied customer relationships with reduced time from deposit to contract to settlement
- Collaborate with development teams on things like margins and sales volumes
- Establish and access strategic partnerships with key organisations
- Collaborate with your team on performance and development, set targets and objectives, and build competency and knowledge
- Recruitment and hiring within sales team
- Create a positive culture of success and reward within your team
About You
- Strong sales leadership experience within residential/project sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Proficient in MS Office Suite & CRM
- Ability to grow and foster trusted relationships internal and external stakeholders
- results oriented, self starter with a team spirit!
- Strong local area knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
