Looking for our next Sales Superstar
This Territory Management/Business Development position is part of our ongoing growth strategy of Bramble Bay Co. We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated approach & is a proven high achiever in previous similar roles. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate success in Territory Sales Growth/New Business Development and achieving Company KPI's.
We are fast growing Australian owned family business who manufacture and distribute a beautiful collection of Australian Made Soy Candles, Reed Diffusers, Bath & Body Products, Home Fragrance Products, Giftware, Fashion Jewellery, Natural Stone & Crystal Jewellery.
We are ideally looking for someone who has experience selling into Gift, Fashion, Pharmacy, Newsagents, Jewellery and Homewares stores and is prepared to go the extra mile. A passionate sales professional that can strengthen existing relationships whilst seeking new opportunities for further growth of our beautiful product collections. Proven high achievers in other fields are also welcome to apply.

Job tasks and responsibilities
The successful applicant will cover Sydney and surrounding suburbs including South Coast and the ACT. The territory will also include some regional travel in country NSW which will require multiple nights away from home. Territory planning will be required to cover existing customers whilst seeking and developing new business opportunities within the territory. This role will some overnight travel and attendance at Industry Trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover all existing accounts within the territory and seek new business opportunities.
- Achieve set sales KPI'S and sales budgets.
- Develop new business opportunities through face to face calling.
- Merchandising of product ranges in-store.
- Assist in development of sales and marketing strategies and tactics to achieve sustainable business goals.
- Be willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
- Provide accurate weekly reports from the field.
- Work autonomously to manage own territory.
- Represent the Company in a professional manner.
Skills and experience
You will need to demonstrate the following abilities:
- Have 2+ years experience in territory sales and new business development.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence buying decisions.
- Supply weekly informative sales reports including field intelligence.
- Demonstrate the ability to achieve sales results and achieve targets.
- Excellent computer skills, including social media and iPad/IPhone applications.
- Be able to travel regularly, including multiple overnight stays within the territory.
- Existing contacts and client base within the gift, pharmacy, news-agency and homewares industries will be highly regarded.
- Must be a Self-Starter and have confidence to cold call.
- You must have Australian residency and a current drivers licence.
