About You:
As part of the Logan Hospital Expansion Project, The Transit Care Hub will be expanded into a new location with an expected opening date in late March 2023.
Ready to be part of something special? We are seeking multiple permanent full time and part time Clinical Nurses to join our Transit Care Hub team to commence in March 2023. You will apply advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills in the clinical management of Transit Care Hub patients/residents/clients with complex care needs, ensuring quality standards are met.
