About the role:
We are looking for fun, engaging and dynamic Registered or Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about helping others to learn.
You will be responsible for engaging and delivering relevant clinical and theoretical education for various healthcare subjects (Assist Clients with Medication, First Aid, Client specific training), working with clients in an enhanced online learning format and in a face-to-face environment.
The successful applicants will have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training.
- The ability to make a serious topic entertaining and engaging.
- Excellent presentation and time management skills.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- An enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated manner, with a flexible and adaptable attitude in a diverse work environment.
- An ability to engage all learner types and levels.
- A professional and proactive nature.
- A record of professional development as set out by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
- Maintain industry knowledge.
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Successful applicants must:
- Be willing to travel Statewide, as required.
- Hold appropriate qualifications and professional registrations.
- Hold a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
- Present a National Police Certificate (no older than 12 months).
- Provide evidence of your COVID-19 digital certificate.
- Hold a current Australian driver's Licence.
- Complete an identification check.
